Ciao PH! I have built XTopics in March to find out the best topics to talk about on X. But the acess to the X API is $100/month and I cannot afford that because I am broke. So when Threads API came out (for free), I ran to their API docs and spent nights to develop topics analytics for Threads platform. Today I introduce XTopics for Threads (by Meta) 1. @paulina_saez Thanks a lot! I love Threads. The reach is similar to X, and considering I have less then 200 followers it's pretty great. And since it's very similar, I use the topic insights in both Threads and X, so it's a win win to post on both platforms.

@star_boat Ithanks a lot for the support! I already had an MVP for X, that took me 1 month. Then I pivoted to integrate the Threads API in it, that took ~2 weeks. Themost challenging part was to implement the auth from scratch because Threads API is very new and there still is no package that implements that yet.

This sounds awesome! Just a couple of questions - - Is there a limit to how many posts the tool can analyze at once? - Can it work with other social platforms besides Threads? - What happens if Threads API changes, will XTopics still function? Congrats on the launch!

@charlotteelisesinclair Thanks for the support! There is no limit to the number of posts the tool can analyze (technically it's the API calls limit but it's very high). It can only wok on Threads right now, but if I get some traction I plan to expand to other social platforms (like X for example). If Threads API changes I can adapt Xtopics to make it comaptible with the API. Since June the Threads API team has added functionality, so it's looking good for the future.
