Thanks for the hunt @gregoiregilbert! I saw this idea on Shopify first and didn't see a solution specifically for WordPress (and WooCommerce - their go-to e-commerce solution). The community had asked for it, so I decided to build it :-). It's mainly directed to e-commerce businesses and some have reported back with a 15% opt-in rate, which is a lot more than standard popups would give them. It does require something in return: as a business owner, you have to be prepared to hand out a discount or a free product. So this type of opt-in popup doesn't suit all businesses.

This is a great product and one we are planning to use ourselves (and integrate it with https://www.producthunt.com/post...) It helps that Maarten is such a nice guy too. I wish him all the best with this plugin. It definitely gets my vote.

@kasperkazzual I agree! The product is still quite young, so I don't have any conclusive data yet. But some users have gotten back to me and they saw a sizable increase in opt-ins.

I have been using this plugin for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it. Gamifies the opt-in process and looks nice too! But the amazing thing has been how responsive the developer, Maarten, is. He has implemented 3 of my suggestions already and pushed out an update basically the same day! Highly recommended!

Pros:

Looks good, makes opting in fun, very responsive dev!

Cons:

It's new so keep on adding features!
