Use Woven every single day and with the zoom integration, my remote life is now a lot easier to manage. Thank you!

@liveink #boom - love to hear this. Thanks Kevin!

really nice app. has general calendar capabilities plus some new ones: - toggle "my time" vs all the calendars you observe. - event scheduling (calendly, doodle, cal all in one) - zoom/conference integrations
Bob Ryskamp
Thanks @ggnall! The My Time toggle is one of my favorite bits as well =)

I've been using Woven the past couple weeks as my primary calendar app and to replace my Hubspot calendar scheduler. There's some wonkiness with window resizing and it suffers some of the problems that most web apps converted to desktop apps face but generally, it's been great and it's worth a try. The rate of updates has been awesome and I'm excited when the message that a new update is available pops up (feels like it happens daily, if not more?).
Bob Ryskamp
@nloui appreciate the feedback! We're working to polish the desktop experience even more, until you can't even tell the difference =) We'll keep those updates coming!
Burc Arpat
@nloui Thanks for the feedback! Hit us up at support@woven.com about the window resizing issues you are observing. Those kinds of issues usually turn out to be simple to fix once we can reproduce on our end. Regarding new versions: We are actually working on a system to differentiate between when a major feature is released vs. maintenance updates to the app. I am hoping to have that going soon.

This product is a solid tool!

Big fan of Woven, been using it for the past few weeks thanks to a recommendation from @joelrunyon, and I couldn't be more happy, especially with the Zoo integration. I mean, come on! So good. Been recommending it to my audience, too. Thankful I can have one place to see all my stuff now. Thanks team!
Joel Runyon
@patflynn awesome! so glad you're finding it helpful! Thanks Pat!

Hey Product Hunt! I’m back! This is launch #2 of my 4 launches in 4 weeks project (https://impossiblehq.com/4-launc...). I’ve been working on Woven the past 9 months with the team since I found Woven as a power-user on their first PH launch (Woven Calendar). I found it so helpful - I decided to help out!
The Zoom integration is a game changer - basically makes it super-easy to schedule & join single-use Zoom-rooms that are basically zoom-bomb-proof - which is awesome. Analytics are also great, but will be even better soon. This is launch #2 of #4 in 4 weeks for me (Ultimate Meal Plans was #1) - so I’m excited to share this one which is a lot larger scope than most of my projects – I hope you like it!

Another amazing launch from the Woven team! Love seeing what this team is doing to push calendar's forward.

I cofounded During a few years back. We were building a better calendar, and that's something that Product Hunt really seemed interested in: we had 15,000 Product Hunt users subscribed to the initial beta, which at the time broke all of Product Hunt's Upcoming records, from what I've heard. For some unrelated external reasons, we ended up shutting During down. I'm still a bit bummed about that, but sometimes that's just how startups go. Since then I've been keeping one eye out for interesting calendars, and for the most part they've all left me wanting. You all can assume the next part of the story, of course: we adopted a small sea otter and he now lives with us in a small pool in our backyard. Nah, just kidding — obviously the next step is that I stumbled on Woven half a year ago and I've somehow been super into it. Like, cynical me, who hates all calendars out there (and I've tried sooooo many). I feel strangely pleasant about that. My first exposure to Woven was so surreal, too: I looked at a feature they had, and almost pixel-for-pixel they had the same small component on-page that we had built. When I saw that, I knew exactly *why* it looked that way: I had redesigned that stupid thing what felt like a hundred times. It was nice to see that they had also gone through that pain of iteration and refinement until it's *justttttt* right, and the rest of the product feels the same way. Anyway, this is a long-winded way of saying that I'm really into calendars, and I'm really into Woven. I think they're doing some really good stuff, particularly when everyone's own schedules are turned upside down right now (the new Zoom integration is a welcome addition in an era where everything is a Zoom, whether I like it or not, ha).
Joel Runyon
@holman Love this comment and love the help you've been able to give so far Zach. Really, really appreciate this. Now about that otter...
Burc Arpat
@holman Thanks for the hunt and the comment! I especially appreciate the "...pain of iteration and refinement until it's *justttttt* right..." part; resonates very close to my heart!
Graham Seymour
@holman you otter be proud of yourself - this is a great writeup, and During was something to behold. I've been eagerly awaiting Woven's broader availability inside Win10 et al - it's a great time to get back into the weave, as it were. Thank you for surfacing this. Ayyo ?makers - further curious: are you seeing Woven's adoption flourishing primarily among the startup/SME set, or thriving in Enterprise-land? Or - is it pretty segment/size-agnostic? I ask because I see clear and definitive traction channels abound for both/each of those personae-set, and think you've done a stellar job tackling that continual balance between "all things for all people" vs "feature creep" 👀. (Would love to chat with y'all on it - and, Zach - whatcha building now?!)
Bob Ryskamp
@seymourgroup Right now we're focused on helping individuals who do a lot of scheduling, especially with people outside your company. That's been a lot of startups and SMEs, but increasingly people in outward-facing roles at larger companies (sales, recruiting, partnerships). As we build out more analytics and collaboration capability we're seeing more interest from teams and larger groups, so we'll be improving those tools and experiences in the coming year.

Congratulations on the launch Tim! Amazing speed at which you guys are shipping. Been a fan and a user for quite some time. Great team, great perspectives. Best of luck!

I'm using woven as my primary calendar for some time now and I must admit with every month I switch back to google cal less and less. There is no capacity missing, sometimes some of my common actions take few clicks to many but It's improving with every update. Good job team! One last concept that I love but I'm not using because it takes too much to setup is the analytics. If you could allow adding tags without necessity of saving the event again it would improve the usability for me so much.
Bob Ryskamp
Thanks @boryspe ! Knocking down those barriers one by one =) We're working on autosave tagging as well as some ideas for autotagging events (that match certain patterns) so you don't even have to add them each time. Stay tuned!
Burc Arpat
@boryspe Thanks for the kind words! Re: Tags. I know exactly what you mean. We actually have some batch and auto tagging functionality cooking as well as some UI/UX changes to how the tags work. There is no concrete release ETA yet but it is definitely on our roadmap and is being actively worked on as we speak.

Shout out to the Woven team. Arguably the best calendar client available out there. 👊🏼
JJ MacLean
Love Woven! Have used it for the better part of a year now and it continues to just get better! Expanded Zoom integration is just icing on the cake. Consolidates just about everything I'd want in a calendar app, super responsive team. Seriously, give it a try!
Burc Arpat
@jjmaclean Thanks JJ!

@jjmaclean thanks for the love JJ!

?makers - Any idea if the ios will be available worldwide? I can’t find here in Czech republic store. ?
Joel Runyon
@evapavlikova The team is working on making Woven available worldwide. In the meantime, if you are interested, drop us a line at support@woven.com and we can send you a link for the beta version of the iOS app.” either.
Eva Pavlikova
@woven @joelrunyon happy with your proposal. Sending the email now. Good luck guys, you are doing amazing app so far.
Taylor Jacobson – Team Focusmate
Really excited about the progress. Calendar power users unite :) Interested to hear the latest on - using keyboard instead of mouse for faster workflows - reminders workflow that works with Google Cal and syncs between desktop and mobile These were the 2 things that got me stuck in the past.
Burc Arpat
@taylor_jacobson Thanks for the feedback. We continue to improve our keyboard shortcuts with every release (We are currently at about ~35 shortcuts, I believe). Re: Reminders. I am guessing you are referring to the separate Reminders calendar inside Google, right? We are actually looking into introducing a similar concept independent of Google that will also work across Office 365 systems as well. If you have specific things you would like to see around either keyboard shortcuts and/or reminders, hit us up at feedback@woven.com. We would love to talk more.
Brett Levy
I Love Woven - Been following this product from Beta and watched it just get better and better - well done team!

Thanks for the kind words, @phatcatbrett !

I just started using Woven last week and I am already ecstatic about being able to offer specific times vs a calendly link for individual meetings. I'm looking forward to being able to play question kid during my onboarding session this Friday too!

@sarabeanduncan We're looking forward to meeting you! Bring your toughest questions =)

Hi Product Hunt! Thanks @holman for the great post. Like all of you, we at Woven have been doing a lot of video meetings and multitasking while working at home recently. To help with that, we just launched a few new features for Woven Calendar that make working remotely easier and more productive. 📹 Native Zoom integration You can now connect your Zoom account with Woven to get unique and secure Zoom calls added to any meeting you schedule. No plugins, no extensions—built directly into the events themselves. 📊 Analytics Realtime, dynamic analytics on how you spend your time. Add, remove, and RSVP to meetings and see your stats update right away. Days at home can blur into each other…it’s helpful to see where I’m really spending my time, so I can plan it better. 🏠 Home view A live-updating panel that shows 1) your current and upcoming meetings, 2) recent updates to your events, and 3) a snapshot of this week’s analytics. Plus one-tap access to the next video call on your agenda! We’ve also got Office 365 sync and iPad support in beta testing right now; contact us at support@woven.com if you’d like to try that out. Should be out for everyone this month 🤞 Hopefully this helps you and your teams simplify and optimize your work during this crazy time. Happy to answer questions and comments here today!

Thanks to the Woven team for another batch of awesome features. I especially like the new Home view - it's so useful to find my meetings, updates and analytics in one convenient place. Loving the Zoom integration - especially now. And, I'm still saving time with scheduling links; both the public links and the one-off links are super helpful. Thanks again Woven!
