Hey Folks, This is Harsh, Product Lead at WotNot. 👋🏻 So after endless efforts from our team for months, we have finally launched our new and revamped Live Chat! 😀 This new update of our software now helps you engage your website/social audience easily and pragmatically. We mentioned in the description that this tool is all about enhancing your support, and we mean it. We decided to bring you features that will make you fall in love with the whole chatbot + live chat experience. 🙆‍♀️ How, you ask? 🤔 The revamp includes some exciting features like saved replies, visitor status, agent/team routing, enriched visitor information, labels, notes, and many more. That's correct. We've researched a lot interacting with hundreds of our customers and what we learnt is every chat is highly specific about what they are looking for. Hence, we made 'Teams' as a tool to assign the right chat to the right agent in the right team 😀
