Thanks for listening everyone! Jason Fried and I have almost done 30 of these - and we do them every single day :) We talk about all the struggles and challenges we face working on our own products (Basecamp and Highrise). We felt too often we only read or see the rosy pictures after people have already gotten through their obstacles.
