Hello dear Product hunt community!
I am Lisa - a product designer and Notion creator, and I am excited to launch my product on Product Hunt for the first time!
First of all - why did I create it?
For the past 2 years I have been the only Product designer in a start up, meaning I could really only rely on myself and external resources when it came to personal development in my field. With time, managing routine, ad-hoc tasks and learning started to become difficult - things slipped away and stayed forgotten. That is why, brick by brick, I started building a setup, where I can have an overview of all my work and career related processes. It started with creating a focus-areas table and tasks, which I could discuss with my manager each 1:1. But gradually I was expanding my setup to cover more angles of my work routine.
How did it help me? I was able to be more focused and prioritise targeted improvement areas, instead of picking up everything I found interesting. I was able to balance my sprint work and my own initiatives within my company and report on my progress to my manager and the team. As a result, I gained even more trust from stakeholders and increased quality and speed of delivery.
This is why I would like to share this dashboard and encourage other notion users (or even those who haven't tried it before) to structure and systemise their work.
