My favorite keyboard for iOS has a nice update! Here's the changelog:
•Search for GIFs, images, and emojis to better express yourself
•Find Contacts – when you need to share that person’s phone number
•Look up restaurants, news, videos, facts, weather forecasts, and much more
New predictions, including GIFs: icons that show up as you type along with word suggestions that can help you express yourself better.
Other improvements/fixes include:
•Control the cursor placement with 3D Touch
•Accuracy improvements, particularly around space bar, and in arc mode
•Support for iOS Text Replacement function
•New themes!
Oh no. They've ruined it on iPad. One of the benefits used to be that it was one of the more compact keyboards on iPad. Now, in portrait orientation, it's grabbing almost half of the screen. I wonder if i can revert to a previous version.
@frassmith if your itunes media is stored on your computer (not external hard drive) then you still have the older version.) delete the app on your iphone and the newer version off your computer. Drag the older version to itunes and resync.
@yougeekybastard Yeah, I found that, but, as this is a US only download, the old version has never been downloaded to my computer (which remains on UK app store). I've switched back to Swiftkey on my iPad (and yes, I get the irony of that decision given who now owns Swiftkey)
