I found myself becoming anxious at the gym because of the constant noise of cable news on all the TVs. They switched away from the talking heads to happy content like Whole's inspiration feed and it improved my mood significantly. There's definitely something to be said for the power of positivity. Looking forward to seeing where this goes from here!
@mciarlo Absolutely! Not to forget, positivity is contagious! That’s why we wanted to have a way for people to share happy thoughts and gratitude publicly, as well as privately (with moods).
@mciarlo I agree, we are too often bombarded with fear-mongering and shocking headlines that make us feel that the world is falling apart.
While it’s important to report problems and issues, I believe there is so much good in this world that just needs to be found and promoted.
We need more positive news to acknowledge that the world is actually getting better little by little. And WHOLE wants to help to get people back on track in a positive mindset :)

That's why it's important to balance out that negativity by building and maintaining healthy habits such as journaling, mood tracking or different routines to sleep better or decrease anxiety. That's why I love WHOLE, it's like a Swiss knife for your mental health :)

This is the perfect app at the perfect time. I started journaling about a year ago and it has really helped me understand how I'm feeling and patterns, but I've never had a place to easily mark my emotions throughout the day to see how they change. Sharing and reading what makes other people happy puts a smile on my face too.

The design is an A and you can see the product has been laid out in a way that will allow for future on boarding of content and features that tie together nicely in the feed/home.
Not only this is a really well made product, it is inspiring and uplifting as hit a critical juncture of self awareness and self impact. We need this in our life!
