@stanwithouski This is an awesome update! Just bought the Whistle 3 a few months back for our new pup... Any chance there's an upgrade program/discount for existing users? Might be a good way to lock in those yearly subscriptions for renewals 😊

@stanwithouski I have have two Whistle 3 units. Have been a customer since it first hit the market and love the product. gives a great peace of mind. Congrats on the new launch. I'd definitely like to upgrade from the 3 to the Go so would appreciate any upgrade code. Thanks!

@stanwithouski I just found out about the new tracker from signing on to look for a new collar for my Whistle 3. Is there going to be an email sent to current users about this with a discount code to upgrade? It’s awesome you’re offering large collars for this new tracker since when I bought mine there were only small and medium for the 3, and the medium is almost getting to be too tight.

Where do you list the subscription prices? Does the fitness tracker work without a subscription?

@david_ramalho1 Unfortunately the tracker only works with a subscription at the moment as location tracking is still part of our base offering. The subscription breakdown is on the site (via a modal) but here's the breakdown: $9.95 monthly, avg. $7.95 paid for 1 year & avg. $6.95 paid for 2 years. Hope that helps - let me know if interested and I can get the PH community a discount on the hardware 🤝

Hey Stan, According to the App on my phone, my dog has logged 2129.5 miles since we bought her the Whistle 3. (I wish I could say the same for me). We are going to to upgrade to a “Go Explore.” Any chance I could get a discount code?

Hi @stanwithouski , I just received my Whistle Go Explore (to replace my Whistle 3 that died last week) and it appears as though the smaller mount is incompatible with my large ecosystem of Whistle collars and adapters and the charging docks are also obviously obsolete. This is after only one generation with the previous solution and with no obvious customer benefit (the device isn’t smaller, etc). Is this true about the collars and adapters not fitting (I’m not with my dog or near the other collars at the moment to confirm). If so, *why*!? It’s even worse that I recently bought a bunch of additional charging docks and adapters for my dogs’ caregivers; will there please be a trade-in or buy-back program for all these Whistle accessories that appear as though they *should* be compatible but inexplicably are not? I’ve also purchased about a half dozen other Whistle 3’s as gifts and those owners also have gotten Whistle accessories from me at birthdays and holidays... to think all of this would not be compatible is painful and wasteful. When we build hardware products at my company I think a lot about future proofing, including our mounting and powering solutions. I’d love to know the thought process at Whistle on this, I’m sure there was a reason... Thanks, -Garrett p.s. We were really excited about this new product, but regretfully am having to consider returning it and buying a Whistle 3 off eBay. I’m hoping there’s a solution here...
