Give your spreadsheet edit access to data in apps like HubSpot, Webflow, and Supabase. Bulk edit, collaborate, or build AI workflows directly from Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets. Dangerously easy to set up.

👋 hi PH! Thrilled to be back after two years with something we're super proud of... Whalesync 1.0. Spreadsheets are awesome. Everyone knows how to use them, they come with powerful formulas, and they let you quickly make bulk edits. There's a reason >1B people use Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheets. We made a tool that connects all that awesomeness to the rest of your stack, so you can update data in apps like Webflow, Salesforce, and Supabase directly from your spreadsheet of choice. It's a little scary... but also kinda cool ;) Hundreds of the most efficient companies around the world, like Webflow, Descript, and Clay, use Whalesync to work faster by: - Creating thousands of programmatic SEO pages from a spreadsheet (Webflow + Airtable) - Enriching CRM leads with AI from a spreadsheet (HubSpot + Notion) - Updating deal statuses from a spreadsheet (Affinity + Google Sheets) - Creating internal tools without any engineers (Supabase + Airtable) - Giving clients an easy way to update projects (Notion + Google Sheets) PH community, as always, we'd love to hear your feedback! Thanks for continually helping make us better 💙

Killer product with so much potential! Excited to see the new launch and where you all take the platform. The potential for what you all have built is massive and I look forward to seeing how people use it over the next few years! 🚀

Aaron Cohn
SUCH a good example of a product that does one thing *really* well. Got a walkthrough recently and it really was easy to set up. @mbusel what other integrations are you thinking about down the line?
Matthew Busel
@aaron_cohn music to my ears! if you want to control your apps from spreadsheets, we try to make that as easy as possible. On the spreadsheet side we've started with the big ones: - Google Sheets - Airtable - Notion And on the apps side we've mainly focused on: - CMS: Webflow, WordPress - CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Zoho, Affinity, Pipedrive, etc. - DB: Postgres, Supabase We're still learning with a few other connectors like: - Stripe, Shopify, Outreach, etc. Through the end of the year we're focusing on improving all of our existing connectors but in 2025, we'll be looking more heavily at finance apps (like Quickbooks) and more collaboration tools (like ClickUp and Coda).

Whalesync makes what should be a complicated technical lift so easy. We use it for Notion - Webflow and plan to start using some of the other connections as well. There's just a simple but amazing feeling about being able to work in the best app for the job and have that data show up wherever you need it without any hassle.
Matthew Busel
@jim_coughlin "work in the best app for the job" - you should write our copy! So glad to hear Whalesync has been valauable! We love working with awesome companies like yours.

Whalesync 1.0 sounds like a powerful tool for anyone working with data in spreadsheets, especially with its seamless integration across platforms like Webflow, HubSpot, and Supabase. The ability to automate tasks and build workflows without code is a game-changer for marketers and developers alike. I’m curious about its scalability—how does it handle large data sets or complex workflows across multiple apps?
Matthew Busel
@hritik_choudhary thanks! We have users of Whalesync syncing tens of thousands of records and in some cases hundreds of thousands. That being said, Whalesync in its current form isn't a great option if you have millions of rows of data you want kept in sync.
Ben Braniff
great walkthrough and product!
David J. Phillips

Matthew Busel
@davj thanks David! Fondo is one of our inspirations for how to do amazing customer support. Thanks for building an awesome company.
David Pethick
Love it. We signed up early when there were only a few sync's. There is nothing out there like it. Real-time sync between Airtable and Hubspot. It's like magic, which is how any great technology should be.
Matthew Busel
@david_pethick that means a lot David! your feedback for our HubSpot connector was and is invaluable. Thanks for being an early believer and hope we can keep improving the product for you!
