By visualizing the workflow and identifying potential bottlenecks, our experts can take timely action to ensure the timely delivery of projects. The Kanban board is an integral part of our project management framework and is designed to ensure that our experts can work efficiently while adhering to best practices. @basv That's right, ha-ha 😂 Maybe someday we'll need to create a mobile app so that it will be even more like Tinder. Regarding your question - actually, yes, we try to measure everything. So, we calculated that our average matching time for customers with experts has increased by up to 80%.
