Several months ago, I was following a printed checklist for my Bible reading plan. But I often lost the paper. Or I'd be laying in bed with my children in the dark while reading the Bible from my iPad and unable to see the checklist to check my readings off. So I decided to build an app to track my reading. Once I started building the app, I realized there were opportunities to help me engage more deeply and consistently in my Bible reading. So I started to add some progress tracking information (like reading streaks, completion percentage, and so on). I also like to have a verse to meditate on, so I added a notes feature. In a sense, I built the app for myself, but I hope it can help others as well. I've made most of the functionality free, but added a couple pro features. I have many ideas for future versions of this app, so I'd appreciate any feedback. Anyway, I hope this app can assist you well in your Bible reading! Especially in time for the new year!
