VLC for Mobile — World’s most used media now for all major mobile platforms

Now on all major mobile platforms,: VLC a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and framework that plays most multimedia files as well as DVDs, Audio CDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols.

Seriously, VLC may be the most important program in helping early video/pre YouTube most people have never heard of. Greatest free video transcoder ever.

It is i believe the most used/Prefered Media Player on PCs in India. Lets see if they can manage to do the same for SmartPhones

finally back in the appstore, yet it seems not to have AC3 support on iOS according to the comments in the AppStore, which would be a huge bummer. Would pay to hear the background story of Apple and or the Codec alliances vs. VLC. Hope they get to tell it at some point.. Old versions should exist with that support though for those who are on jailbroken iOS

It's a must have in every platform.
