This is an awesome milestone for Viable. I like to think I'm an early adopter here, using Viable since 2021, but the truth is it's been a great product for years now. Can't recommend it enough for product teams needing to find insights in a sea of feedback.

As a product guy, I've always felt the massive pain, uncertainty & time-sink around processing qualitative feedback into meaningful themes. What you're doing at Viable is insanely valuable! I've used ChatGPT for thematic analysis, and it's just not up to snuff. I don't know where I can trust it, if it covered everything, and its reasoning starts getting worse (less relevant) the longer the documents get. I love that you've built custom models to perform a stepwise analysis and use the LLM where it shines - language. Looks like an interesting tool for us in UX, CX, and product.
