Hey friends 🎉🎉🎉 I am really excited to share our Future of Enterprise Collaboration toolkit 2021 with the community. It is the byproduct of a continuous research we have been doing for years as a remote first company. I have been running remote ventures for years now. I wanted to provide a doctrine that will make the transition smoother for all companies regardless of the size. I have seen the frustration, the burnout signs and the mental health side effect of the pandemic on people. Most importantly, I was approached by some of the top leaders who don't have a clear playbook on the future of collaboration in a hybrid remote world. Hey @dr_dani Thanks for coming by! The toolkit is a document(18 pages) where we made the case why companies have been struggling to adapt due to the pandemic. We also provided practical solutions to ease the transition to "remote" and build a resilient company moving forward; all backed by data, latest research and recommendations both based on our own experience as a remote first company as well as other experts in the space. Already seeing an impact to productivity due to remote work. In the range of 10 to 20%. Also some sense of turnover increasing as people find it hard to cope with this new model. Solutions like Veamly are needed.
