All the generative AI art that we're seeing on the consumer side is cool — but seeing how far generative AI VFX have come is also important to understanding the impact of this tech on other industries!

We spent 3+ years building Vanity AI for you guys, and so to see folks excited about the product means the world to us. To clear any confusion, we are going to be releasing Vanity AI as software to creatives around the world in the next 3-6 months. We're continuing to stress test the product on Hollywood productions, so that when it gets into your hands, you have unbelievable experiences with it. We want it to feel like magic and make you all feel like you have superpowers :)

Given that we are a hybrid of an AI start-up and VFX studio, we have a unique and super personal appreciation for how difficult VFX is and how misaligned the expectations between Hollywood studios and VFX firms can be.
The VFX industry is filled with systemic challenges and we firmly believe that AI will be the answer to empowering VFX artists and helping Hollywood studios at the same time. Vanity AI is just our first step. We have our second solution coming out at the tail end of this year and we're going to keep going from there.
