Althought AI and deep learning combined have a long way to go, that doesn't seem to pose any issue with Vance AI, photos are retouched as if they've been spent hours on by professionals and enhanced resolution!

The first before-after sample looks like improving the resolution of the photo. Does the app automatically make the photo high resolution?
