Hi everyone, this is the latest product we have Snaps by Usertip. Snaps is a completely new tool that recognises that sometimes when it comes to guidance you just want step by step guides with screenshots. We enable you to do exactly that by enabling you to simply record your workflow and we will do the rest of the work of capturing screenshots and converting it into sharable material. This guidance can be deployed directly in-application with a simple code snippet add on.

@g_f5 We serve both sides! If you own a software product you can easily add in our assistant widget with a few lines of code. Alternatively for usage on 3rd party systems we also have a chrome extension that enables you to have assistance across any web platform.
