I am the founder of Usertip and our mission is to help users better learn to use and create value from digital products and services. This is out first product on Producthunt and we would love to engage with and receive feedback from the community in any form. Usertip is a no-code tool that is designed to let account executives, customer success and training managers among others to craft user onboarding and self help. These guidance appears within your webapp in a series of tooltips as designed by you. We work seamlessly via API and also via a browser plugin. I'm also a co-founder and developer of Usertip 😊) Just to add-on to Marc's post as well (https://www.producthunt.com/post...): The reason why we are launching the Micro Teams Plan is because we have observed that a growing number of the clients that we were working with wanted to use our in-app overlays and guides for internal training for browser-based software that our clients are already using. What are some examples of internal training and on which software? 1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator --> We have a few clients that train new sales staff on how to make the most out of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or as a reminder), for activities such as prospecting warm/cold outreach 2. Sysadmin SaaS tools --> Most of our users are training their staff on how to use the company's internal/self-built SysAdmin or SaaS tools, which can be complicated as these tools are not well-maintained or have great UX/UI design 3. Navigating SharePoint --> Finally a group of clients use us to help their staff navigate SharePoint. The support team has very little control or influence on how the SharePoint site is updated, so they create quick in-app guides to help staff navigate around and find the important information that they need. How do you create in-app guides for software that you don't own the source code to? Users will have to download another chrome extension (which we call the Launcher Extension) to launch the in-app guides for the users who join your organization. Our Builder Extension is the chrome extension that is responsible for creating the in-app guides, and is a no-code builder. Note: We do have a JavaScript Code Snippet intergration, but it is only available in our Starter and Business Plan. Our Micro Plan is aimed at departments or small companies that want to use Usertip for internal training across multiple products that they use. We are also thinking of a pay-as you go if you need a little extra users. The reason is because many options out there are overpriced, and we feel that it is only fair if you pay for what you need rather than suddenly paying alot more from a higher paid tier.
