1. Ease of use - you can tag your events on the frontend and then just build your reports- trends, funnels, cohorts, paths - no coding required.
2. You get insights without data science skills - soon with AI too.
3. It's priced as part of our regular plans - you pay a fixed monthly or yearly rate. Not priced by the number of events, no pay as you go = no ugly surprises when your users were rage clicking and you get a massive bill for this!

@emilia_korczynska1 I completely agree with you about pay-as-you-go. It's a fantastic model for startups, offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Have you had any particular success or experience using this business model in the past?
This is a game-changer. Now that product analytics is integrated into Userpilot, it has become an all-in-one product-led growth solution. This means potentially saving money on multiple tools, especially with the product analytics tools being way too expensive.
Just some quick feedback / product request: 😅 So we do the same thing with google analytics for free. Pipe it into slack. and use slack bots to give us interesting reports. I think to make this next level. Add AI to it. The problem today with these products is it so complex to get any meaningful analysis out of them. Data is collected, but to interpret it we need AI. Prompt the data. And make hocks. Like: How many new customers this week compared to last. How has the retention rate change over the last 6 months. How is user growth for the mac app vs the ios app etc etc. Then also hock these prompts into a slack bot, so we can get these results on a regular basis etc. Maybe for v2?
I always preach that SaaS companies and teams take decisions based on data - now there is a new, modern, easy to use tool to start tracking product data. No further excuses - start today :)!

We need more product analytics tools that tailored to the needs of different segment products.
Great updates. I love the cohort analysis additions and the overall direction that you are taking. I feel like there is no need to use extra heap analytics, amplitude, or mixpannel.
@julienergan we're still launching custom dashboards and AI insights this year! Other than that - launching all of this on mobile will be our greatest challenge for 2024 + continuous improvements to the types of reports we are offering.
@emilia_korczynska1 Exciting new or improved features! Sounds like a lot of complex technical challenges to solve as well. The mobile one will be a tough one. Curious to see how you'll approach and overcome it.
