We've been using Resource Centers since it was beta on UserGuiding.
It really helped us easily communicate with our users with tailored content, without making leave our web app.

Big UserGuiding fan here, I'm excited about this new feature! :) Quick question: Is it possible to connect any knowledge base to the widget? And how do I connect it?
@thierrymaout Yes! As long as your knowledge base domain is indexed on Google, it will be searchable via our Resource Centers as well.
To connect your knowledge base, ALL you need is to simply copy and paste the URL to the Search Domain in the Resource Center settings page :)
It looks amazing! Can I only integrate knowledge-bases or is it possible to connect any other websites like a blog page?

This was what we're waiting for! In moments when interactive onboarding is not enough for some of the customers, they will now be able to solve many problems from the resource center before they reach us 🚀
It's very easy to set up and automatically recognized all the blog posts.

Big fan of the app and the general UX of creating guides and hotspots! I am currently on the trial perior but will convert after that is over. How is it possible to use the special PH promotion to get Resource Centers for free with an existing account?

@irensaltali We believe Resource Centers are way more powerful combined with our other onboarding material. Any guides or even checklists you create can be added to the Resource Centers!
@ardaa627 YES! For the sake of this launch, we prepared a freemium plan that you can use Resource Centers for free, forever! You can access the free plan by creating an account from the GET IT button on top :)
