Wave goodbye to old-school user test analysis. AI Insights instantly highlights key moments in your user tests, freeing you from the hassle of manual note-taking, while elevating your UX research to new heights.
Howdy! 👋 It's Euan from Userbrain here.
Today, I'd like to share one of our standout new features of 2023, AI Insights, with all of you in the Product Hunt community.
If you've ever worked closely with a product, then you'll know that there's nothing quite like watching real people (try to!) use it. 🫣
In a nutshell, that's the basis of remote unmoderated user testing, and that's what Userbrain provides. But it can take hours to analyze user tests properly; scribbling notes, trying to keep up with what’s happening in the videos, and feeling the pressure of capturing every insight. It's an exhausting and error-prone process that can leave you frustrated and doubting the effectiveness of your research.
That’s why we developed AI Insights – to ease the burden of user test analysis. By identifying significant insights, our AI assistant frees you to focus on watching the videos and refining your insights, without interruptions to take notes manually.
AI Insights offers numerous benefits for UX professionals, including:
⌛️ Saving time and effort in the user test analysis process.
⚠️ Reducing the risk of missing valuable insights.
📊 Generating presentation-ready reports with insight-packed data.
🔐 Maintaining full control while leveraging AI assistance for efficiency.
By letting our AI assistant handle the heavy lifting, you can focus on watching videos, refining insights, and creating presentation-ready user test reports to share with your team and stakeholders.

Great idea, anything to make digesting user behaviours more easy!
How do you guys handle testers using applications that use proprietary data? For example, data-driven analysis products often need a lot of user-testing to verify complex UX, but often use data belonging to a particular user, or is hard to generate. Do your customers have to consider and handle these things themselves?
I am and have always been a huge fan of userbrain. I've always thought of you as being ahead of the curve. What I'm not a fan of is the following part of this comment. You've asked your testers to check out your new feature on producthunt yet you belittle them when you say "
