We launched Awkward Silences as an experiment. We wanted to see if anyone would come on our show, if anyone would care what we had to say, if we could actually figure out how to produce and promote a podcast. 2+ years later we are elated at the response to our little experiment. We’ve had the very best guests in UX research, ranging from top names at the biggest tech firms, to lesser known practitioners with big ideas worth hearing. We're humbled by the steady stream of positive feedback from customers and the industry at large. And today we want to share it with you. UX research is finally being seen for the growth driver it can be in any business, while at the same time UXR change agents are pushing to really put the full range of human experience in human centered design. We think everyone in tech can get something from this podcast and hope you’ll check it out!

One of the best podcasts out there on UX Research. The content is great but what truly make this unique is the personality of the hosts and the quality of guests. Very impressed and really hoping it goes on beyond 1000 episodes 😉

I'm not sure how much I can add to @erinhmay's summary! The podcast has been an incredible learning opportunity and I'm so humbled that such interesting, smart, and experienced humans from the UXR community join us as guests. Interviewing these people has made me a better product leader and I'm excited to keep doing it! I hope you're able to regularly take some ideas and lessons away from the episodes as well. Feedback? Ideas on how we can improve? Let us know!
