You might talk to your friends and family about it, but they'll provide a mix of judgment and biased opinions. I was in this position last year, and that's when I discovered the power of coaching. Like a therapist, a coach hears you out from a neutral standpoint. But unlike therapy, which analyzes your past, coaching focuses on the present and future. A coach helps you uncover blindspots and take action to get to where you want to be. Finding the right coach can be tricky.
