We are trying to stick to a maximum of 3 days to end 1 request. Sometimes it can take longer so we discuss with the client to divide the request into several parts. Most of the time they are completely ok with that.
Also, we are opening and closing slots by ourselves so we can manage our work amount easier.
Congrats on the launch! Feedback is to choose a first screenshot with more contrast, as it is not very readable on small screens; and include more actual screenshots. Good luck!
