Create shared inboxes, add infinite addresses, and per email workflow statuses.
UnInbox helps your team track emails through their lifecycle, keeping your team in sync, and your users happy.
Hey Everyone!
After launching in April, and working with so many of you to understand your email pains - we went back to the drawing boards to see what the ultimate business email tool would look like.
With multiple iterations, a complete re-write and some snazzy code; we're super pumped to release Spaces & Workflows.
Spaces let your organize your email conversations, and act as a "location" for messages.
You can have infinite Spaces and they can be shared with different people in your org, or be open to everyone.
A conversation can be in one or many different spaces at the same time - support & billing, sales & legal, suppliers & finance.
And Workflows can be enabled on Spaces to add statuses to each conversation: New Query > In Review > Answered > Follow up > Closed
This lets your use UnInbox to manage your customer support emails, track sales flows, organize suppliers, or anything else that helps push the needle for your team.
And since we've been collaborative since day 1, you can still comment on any conversation to leave notes for others in your team!
And its all open source!
We would love to chat with you and see how UnInbox can help you avoid RE: RE: RE: and discussing emails in slack or sharing passwords - book a demo on our landing page, we're makers just like you and want us all to have the best tools.
Thank you all for your support over the months, and all your great contributions; code, feedback, or just using us.
It really means a lot to me, the team and everyone in the community
I hope you enjoy UnInbox Spaces & Workflows and it helps you 10x your business.
@mcpizza0 This is the future of emails, with super intuitive and clean interface. So, I can structure all my emails in spaces. Would love to see how the product will evolve. Omar and a team doing an awesome job !

ive tried many βnew emailβ apps like hey, front and even intercom for support and i think uninbox has the best mix of features and being open source to drive adoption to build the best team-based email
Uninbox is one of the most technically advanced open source products Iβve seen in a while.
The spaces and workflows addition is extremely welcome and will unlock a lot of use cases for us at Papermark.
Itβs on a path to be a better Front, a different Slack, even a better Amazon Email Service.
Happy user π
I've used many email apps, from Hey to non-privacy friendly Google. I've recently moved my new startup emails over to Uninbox, and it's just a refreshing take on email. Congratulations to @mcpizza0 for the launch, and super excited to see where it will head in the future.
Omar has taken email to a place where you'd enjoy using your email app. With the introduction of spaces and workflows, this has even gone a step further.
Congrats on the launch Omar, Uninbox is becoming the GOAT of email.
Hi, Great interface. I am unsure if I am not the right audience, but seeing profanity as your selling point just didn't resonate with me. There are so many better ways to make the same statement and still be cool. I advice you to run a A/B test with that tag line to see if it has the same impact on others as it did on me.
Sounds great. This level of customization and collaboration will definitely streamline email management and enhance team efficiency. Happy to see how these updates help teams stay organized and improve their communication processes. Well done to your team!
Congrats on the launch of UnInbox Spaces & Workflows, @mcpizza0! π The ability to manage emails through multiple Spaces and workflows sounds like a game changer for teams. Excited to see how this can streamline customer support and more! Keep up the great work, Makers!
UnInbox is amazing! π Shared inboxes and workflow statuses boost productivity. How is email security managed across departments? Excited to try it! π
Email is really hard to build from scratch, thatβs why there are countless wrappers and clients, but no new services. Yet @mcpizza0 and Uninbox team has tried to take on this challenge and they have done a great job with overall email experience, and its Open-source. Spaces and workflows are cherries on top. Great product team, keep up the good workπ«‘
