What is the most important Google Analytics metric that you track ?

Of course, knowing the 'number' of visitors is awesome, and knowing your 'bounce rate' is crucial. But, what other specific parameters do you check to analyze your traffic and make your conversion rate better?

High bounce rate may not be so bad, depending on your content. I have a blog, most people come to find an answet to their question. For me, more important is time spent on page.

Same here, time spent on page. I also like to track search terms, this provides lots of insights into what users would want to read about.

Behavior Flow.. This metric helps me to analyze the worst pages where the drop-off percentage is high.
