What are your thoughts on remote work?

Absolutely love it.

I like it.

Meetings are more affective in person in my opinion. I would also add some employees find distractions at home. That being said, I judge my team based on their results and not hours spent. As long as they do what’s required then they have the flexibility to work remote or shorter hours. I think we we love in a world where a lot can be done remotely. However some things are better done in an office setting. I’m all in for a hybrid setting even if it’s office once a week or once a month for a strategy plan/review What are your thoughts on remote work?

I really love this kind of work, I have a huge team and we don’t live in the same city. This is the best option to assemble a good team.

Of course it's convenient. I think it all depends on the field of activity. But the factor of live communication should always be there.
