Well the best practice for usability testing is to do it one-to-one. However, if you want to run a focus group: 1. 🤼 Make sure that there's a group discussion. 2. 🛳 Bring all the devices you want people to test. 3. 🤠 Do the tests yourself before hand. Especially on number 3. You'd be surprised about the small things you either miss or dont take into consideration after you've been staring at your app for 11 hours a day 3 months in a row...
