Share your tips to get first 10 customers

We were building in public, and continue to, offering all perks of our app's features & services for free. When we rolled out subscriptions we had maybe a half dozen the first month- not to bad considering we did no promotion on social media, this was strictly from our Discord community

I texted 20 people I know and pre-sold the product to 12 of them. Highly recommend keeping it simple.
