I love my app and I’m using it all day but I’m afraid about lunch it and having user lost…

Maybe you need user feedback to know if all of this feature is to much or not.

That a great question I think get more simple is the best. Even if sometimes it's feel like not enough

Ask your users of they are using it. Try to see if your features are really solving any tough problems or its just nice to have. Also, track analytics events of feature usage to see how many users are actually using it. Hope this helps.
