What do you plan to achieve in August?

August is the last month of summer. People try to get rest before new work season. So business ususally stops at that period. Do you plan to achieve smth this month or it's better to leave it for september?

It's always better to get ahead of things I think. The most precious resource you have is time, and if you can chop down some of your longer term projects before the weather changes and things ramp up you should definitely try. Slow periods are also a great time to test out new strategies or see what ongoing processes you have that you could improve.
