Hey Product Hunt,
Thank you Ben for hunting Second Brain. I'm Easlo, and I’m the creator behind this all-new Second Brain template for Notion.
The Second Brain builds on the popular P.A.R.A. organization method introduced by leading productivity expert, Tiago Forte. No more jumping between different apps for saving links, notes, tasks, projects, goals, and more. The second brain helps you capture all kinds of data types systematically, and connect those information and knowledge like never before.
David Allen, author of Getting Things Done said, “Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them”.
I spent hundreds of hours of research on building this system so you don't have to. You'll get instant access to my proven digital system to help you get clear and organized.

@heyeaslo This is a really cool idea. While not its intended target group, I wonder if this has any application in the dementia/aging population field. Great work.
@anatolinicolae Thanks Anatoli, I'm glad to feel that way. Second Brain goes beyond capturing notes & resources, and allows you to manage your projects and tasks on the same dashboard.
The product looks great. The website might need some work. I noticed that the cart button is drawn on top of the "Buy Now" button. But otherwise, the product looks promising.
Congratulations on the launch! 🚀
I love Notion and use it for (almost) everything. I am 2nd Brain curious and have been experimenting with a couple of them. This Second Brain 2.0 looks very comprehensive. Great work @heyeaslo!
Very useful for notion power users, and it is good to not have to use multiple tools and distribute your private data to them. Congrats on the launch! :D
I literally follow @heyeaslo on all his public social channels, and the consistency is the same. Top notch.
I think at one point I was wondering if he really was a one-person team, or had a college of interns scuttling about to his every idea.
I was even more concerned about how many iterations of Notion Second Brain I had seen. It feels like there's a new one every week.
It goes without saying that he's extremely capable, so you make no mistake by copping this template.
@samuel_e_koranteng Thank you for all the kind words, and yes I'm still a one-person team. I'll always keep improving and with Notion dropping new features so frequently these days, you can definitely expect more awesome new updates.
Hey @heyeaslo, congrats for Second Brain! the idea is amazing, it's definitely the right way to increase productivity, getting-things-done (another book :)), and in general making life easier.
It would be super to use collaboratively with other users, e.g. to share notes, plan, programs, knowledge, etc. making it also "social" and interactive.
Great work!
Best,
Giuseppe
I have a couple of Notion templates from @heyeaslo and they are really good.
This looks like a complete package for everyone who wants to organise their life.
I really like it. I will check the update. However can i suggest something? Can we implement Buckets? So 1 level above projects? Buckets > Projects > Tasks.
Thank you.
There are plenty of Notion based "Second Brain" organisational systems. This one covers everything you could ever need in a logical and practical way that makes using it simple and enjoyable. This template show's off what can really be achieved in Notion - it's what Notion was designed for.
Finally a place to record everything side by side. I especially like that different areas such as work, private and for example university can coexist. This can be adapted very well to different life situations. Great design!
@heyeaslo , well done! A comprehensive template. I really like the interactivity and cross-integration of the Notion blocks. You sold me when you used some of the GTD methodology in the project and task management.
It is essential to have a "second brain" the need to recall events, to-dos, and such are unnecessary for my "main brain" to keep track of. The "main brain" can only handle so much inorder to be efficient, it should be prioritizing higher level content and ideas instead.
