Hello Hunters! πŸ‘‹ Sergio here, co-creator of UI Guideline. I'm here to share with you a relaunch of a beautiful project we created 2 years ago. We have decided to open it to the public for free, to be a library with all the wisdom gathered from more than 39 Design Systems and UI Libraries. The first time we launched UI Guideline, it was in 2021 approximately, and this was a Freemium plan. But after several meetings and discussions, and by request of several members of the community, we have decided to make it a Free site. The goal, in the upcoming months, is to make it an Open-Source project. πŸ” The Problem: One of the most common problems when creating a Design System, is to know from the beginning what should be the best practices, the best naming convention, what props and states to include, its anatomy, etc… leading us to doubt and include bad practices from day zero. In addition, every time I had to define a new UI component from scratch (TextInput, Table, Modal, Toast, etc.) I spent hours going through the most recognized Design Systems and UI Kits (AtlasKit, Prime, Material Design, Adobe Spectrum, etc.) in order to create a neat component ready to be uploaded to Production. βœ… The Solution: That's why we decided to create UI Guideline, a site carefully built to document UI Components functionality, best practices, their anatomy, props and states, HTML Structure, Figma Template (Stencil) and examples. By synthesizing all the wisdom of the most popular Design Systems and UI Libraries in one place, it makes your job easier and shortens research time.

πŸ™Œ UI Guideline is an amazing resource that benefits both designers and developers. As someone who has struggled with creating design systems from scratch and spending countless hours researching different UI kits, I can see the immense value in having all this information in one place, from best practices to HTML structure and Figma templates. I'm thrilled to see that the creators have made it a free site and have plans to make it open-source in the future, demonstrating a commitment to the community and accessibility for everyone. πŸš€ Personally, UI Guideline has been a game-changer since its Freemium plan, and I'm excited to see even more people benefit from it now that it's available for free. The UI Guideline team has done an excellent job creating this valuable tool, and I want to express my gratitude to them. πŸ“£ Let's encourage the community to check out UI Guideline, upvote, and spread the word about this incredible resource. It's time to make our design and development workflows more efficient and effective.
