Wow, exactly what I have been looking for a long time. Laura Klein is so incredibly insightful when it comes to knowing which research to do when. Wish I had something like this before I started my difficult journey into understanding UX research.

This class is about picking the right user research. You'll learn how to choose a question that can be answered by user research and then find the right research methodology for answering it. It focuses mostly on qualitative research and is a hands on workshop, rather than a talk. It's perfect for entrepreneurs who hang out here a lot. :)
