Conference calls are a huge problem for many companies. I really like what UberConference is doing but when I first heard about them (Disrupt NYC 2012 winner - http://techcrunch.com/2012/05/23...) they didn't have screen sharing which is an absolute necessity.

@rrhoover I have been a paying customer for 2 years. Then yesterday I realized they enforced a strict call capacity of 100 participants. Do you know any other services like this that doesnt have the same cap?

Looking forward to their revised mobile app. V1's functionality was mainly limited to initiating a call right now, vs. scheduling one in the future.
