@britton Very smart use of Slack's new message menus. Two questions for you 1) Are their plans to integrate with other CRMs at some point? 2) How did you get access to the API endpoints before they were officially launched? Assuming it's probably through the Slack Fund but thought I'd ask. Thanks!
@andygcook 1. It's definitely something we are thinking about 2. I believe slack reaches out so some developers prior to launching new developer functionality to see if they want to build on it. That's what happened here

Been loving Troops' alerts in our sales channel. Best way to stay up to speed on the new deals our team closes. Might be one of the best Salesforce implementations that exists right now. Congrats to the team!
@kayvonbina appreciate the support Kayvon. I'd have to agree that the newer UI components coming to the messaging platform are making bots/automation come to life in meaningful ways.
