I love remote work but loosing this kind of thing has been the hardest bit. I think people forget the benefit of the nice and fun human interactions that occur before and after meetings, in the kitchen or just passing each other in the hallway. I try to inject some levity at the start of a call but it can get quite tiring feeling like the team hype guy at the start of each call - and then everyone wonders why moral is low. Congratulations on the launch, this is great

We have been using Trivia in our Build Community workspace on Slack and it has been great for conversation starters and to keep the community engaged. I'm liking the continuous iterations and the hunger for constant feedback from the Trivia team. Great work!

So yesterday I was at a concert and I came across with a dear colleague of mine who entered our firm nearly half of a year ago. This was the first time f2f and I felt really excited for the opportunity. All in all, this is a well though tool. I believe in its effectiveness, however if there is an opportunity for teams to meet in person, please do so :)

Really love how VirtualCoffee allows you to break the ice and socialize with teammates right inside Slack. Perfect feature to discover common interests and to have casual water cooler chats with peers. Congrats to the entire team for making it happen.
