Our product only collects metadata and in no way is it tied to a name or any recognizable Characteristics, so all data collected is completely Anonymous.

First of all, thank you for reaching us. The technology is A.I based, but not ChatGPT based. Our product is based on applied linguistic techniques and sociometric experiments, which we have refined over the past years, to develop a proprietary model to analyze text and two-way communication data such as team morale, cohesion between team members, and many other sociometric data. :)
@peter_fl You're welcome! Yes, it is. We have trained on millions of texts, and linguistic features. A lot of tests were carried out and several experts were consulted during the research phase in order to obtain a reliable model.

Yes, we have done research on how team members perceive the existence of such integration in the team. In the analysis, we saw that team members are a bit more cautious in communicating at the beginning, but after a while they completely forget that this plugin is following the team communication. Of course, this also means that they need to know that it is as much an HR tool as, for example, a thorough questionnaire.

The sociometric data returned by TRIS is updated daily and can be broken down into daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, which can be viewed on a Dashboard, so managers can monitor their teams' sociometric data from both a smaller and larger perspective.
