As a future feature have you thought about having a the option to receive action points/suggested learning based on the insights?
One of the biggest things we see if managers/leaders identifying there is room for improvement but unsure of the next steps to take etc…

@ali_ms Thanks for the reply! I'd make sure that all the in-depth wellness tracking is optional, because there will always be people that just want to use the platform at a minimum.
Tracking how much water one is drinking may be nice for some people, but e.g. I wouldn't want to track that in the software my employer is - in someway - instructing me to use.
Otherwise it looks really nice, just wanted to give you this constructive feedback :)

I love the idea! Similar providers I've been in contact with always were just utilizing good ol' emails as their medium, sending out surveys every once in a while. Having something at hand at all times, being able to share something outside of a predefined cycle sounds great!
My highlight is the news feed: I'm really intrigued by the idea of a internal social media of sorts, this can make internal communication so much easier and informal - especially in bigger companies where you often meet a threshhold called "should I really send an email for that?".

Sometimes, even the best performers might struggle due to personal issues, and psychological support can be incredibly beneficial. What are your thoughts on this?
