@fkovalev we're the only one using the high-efficiency AI architecture Bayesian multilevel models, as far as we know. This technology increases our contact recommendation engine's model accuracy and prediction over relatively inefficient neural networks (the typical architecture). Explainability and Transparency -- Explainability of AI models is very important to us. We create weekly reports for our customers highlighting changes in their ideal customer profile. In terms of technology, we use R with Stan to build multi-level Bayesian models.
