@aman_wen Thanks for the upvote! @statwonk is the brains behind the Bayesian approach. Explainability and Transparency -- Explainability of AI models is very important to us. We create weekly reports for our customers highlighting changes in their ideal customer profile. In terms of technology, we use R with Stan to build multi-level Bayesian models. On Customization: We provide a default prompt that generates excellent copy, but you can further customize the prompt based on your style. Just upvoted! Really cool to see AI help sales folks by automatically sending out personalized emails. With over 100 million contacts, this could really help with finding the right customers. Quick question: how current is the contact data, and how do you make sure the emails follow the rules? Excited to see how this helps sales teams hit their targets!

@elastic_reveal thank you Maxime, that's what we're noticing! We refresh the contact data about every six months or so, also the Bayesian multilevel model learns which companies have slower turnover and leverages that information to focus outreach on those companies. We take email rules very seriously. eg- we automatically include an unsubscribe link and when people unsubscribe they're automatically removed right away. We appreciate your support Maxime!

how does Touch differentiate from AI SDR and others?

@fkovalev we're the only one using the high-efficiency AI architecture Bayesian multilevel models, as far as we know. This technology increases our contact recommendation engine's model accuracy and prediction over relatively inefficient neural networks (the typical architecture).
