From zero to working with Canva, Gather.Town, InVideo, and others in less than six months - here's the growth workspace that helped us ramp up Toplyne.
Great tool! *_* I totally like how it is smartly divided on the most important steps of actions, that can without doubts increase efficiency! I also must say - brilliant video and explanation! ^_^ Congratulations on the launch! ^_^ Is it possible perhaps to save/download study results? :))
@maria_brm Hey Maria! You can access all your experiments (irrespective of status) in the "all records" grid. Once there you can follow the instructions in this article to download the records as a csv. Hope this helps
Hi! It is just what I was looking for! GO GO GO
And extra thank you for the tones of memes and funny stuff on each step (video, website, email form, invitation email, etc) β€οΈ
@anastasiia_holiachenko Thanks, Anastasiia! We're glad you noticed them! Strong, strong believers in bringing a sense of play to all that we do at Toplyne!
The idea to share your experience sounds excellent. And it's a good case of promoting your main product as well. Like it!
Anyway, I'm still keeping an eye out for you)) Didn't receive any e-mail. I hope it's a success; your system has failed because of many users.
Good luck!
@yaroslava Oh thats unfortunate, I checked our logs and the request seems to have not come in. Can you please try again? Alternatively, you can ping me on arjun@toplyne.gg and I will get back with a copy.
Super glad that you like the idea behind the product!
π Hey, Ruchin here! Presenting the Toplyne Growth Manager Workspace π₯³
Just about 6 months ago, I found myself tasked with leading βGrowthβ for our newly minted SaaS startup - Toplyne.io. Diving in headfirst with my utterly inadequate experience as a VC and management consultant... I felt comically clueless and inexperienced.
The next few months were both challenging and exciting. Like any other early growth team, we tried anything and everything - content marketing, easy-to-use templates, skyscraper SEO, building in public... hoping desperately that something would stick. Within just a few months, we had hundreds of tiny experiments running at any point in time. This volume brought chaos and in many ways, we regressed in our growth journey. Structure and measurement were the need of the hour. In short, we needed to adopt 'The Scientific Method'. And hence was born the first version of our Growth Manager Workspace!
It's been a while, and several 100s of growth experiments since then! While most of those experiments were epic failures. A few of them succeeded! And boy did they... within just a few months we were super fortunate to call the likes of Canva and GatherTown our customers ππ» (more announcements incoming π)
And today, weβre opening up our Growth Manager Workplace in a humble effort to help those in our position just a few months ago. Those eager to experiment, iterate and grow but facing the hurdle of volume and chaos!
Whyβre we doing this? Well, contrary to popular belief... the world is NOT a Zero-Sum game! The more of us who experiment, the better the world of technology would be for everyone β€οΈ
Do drop thoughts and feedback and also feel free to hit me up with any questions π
Hey! ππ» Rapid experimentation is a must for successful growth teams - requires blue sky ideation, meticulous planning, and numerous data-based iterations. We are no exception at Toplyne.io and our team skips between multiple experiments every day on the lookout for scalable and repeatable channels. We manage the million things that we do, using a home-built template and we are making it public - for FREE! π¨
Hopeful that the template and our collection of ready-to-use growth experiments will add value to your already amazing workflows! Do check it out and share your super valuable feedback. Feel free to reach out with any questions! π€
@shalini_nair_tekwani Thanks Shalini! Do reach out to us in case of questions about using the workspace and also suggestions of how we can better it ππ»
@maxine_buchert Thanks Maxine :) Personally, for me it's the ability to track 100s of experiments and their performances in real time. Growth is a chaotic world, so anything that helps prioritize time and provide clarity is a +1 in my books π
Hi there. If your workday has felt like the Pepe Silvia meme - the one where Charlie, cigarette in hand, is maniacally trying to explain a deep conspiracy theory with a murder board in the background - we feel you. We were all Charlie until not long ago, and our murder board was spreadsheets, notion docs, and email chains floating around the ether. Growth teams deal with the problem of keeping track of a thread of ongoing, past, and future experiments every single day. It took us a while to find a template that worked for us, but when we did, it proved to be one of our most successful experiments to date.
Everything growth at Toplyne resides in this one workspace today. Weβre always less than five clicks away from tracking what we have on the stove today, how a campaign from three months ago performed, and which ones are making it to the return tour two weeks from now. Having organization taken off of our plates has been a game-changer, and one that we think can bring similar value to other teams such as ours. And that's why we're sharing it with you. We hope you like our murder board.
