It's already hard enough to get good domain names. We don't need more bots or people buying them who aren't going to use them, but just try to make a profit by selling them at insane prices.

I truly believe in the idea of Peter Askew (https://www.deepsouthventures.co...) that you could really start a business / create a product just based on the available domain. We are trying to come up with good domain names at affordable prices, way below what similar domains are priced in the market today. That's why we wanted to refund the cost of the domain, if the domain is developed into a useful product. And we chose Product Hunt's Top 5 product of the day would be a good metric to decide that.
