@eilonmor One flow I can think of: What were the action items from yesterday's meeting with Michal > choose from the displayed list > Convert to Asana task > open the Asana task and let me configure it I'm very command-bar-oriented and I think it works well when its role is clear. In this case, the role would be; anything regarding meeting and calendar so: Block time for ____, remind me to _____, prepare me for _____ are some of the commands I'd include.
