The timeNough.com startup project's founders are launching a beta testing phase of a business-to-business employee monitoring software. There is an urgent need for decision makers who can actively contribute to elaborating the solution, and be first clients. Please read this carefully. As part of a closed beta testing phase, this project is intended for volunteer testers and requires the following specific flow: 1. User Interviews and Respondent.io projects where participants are asked to apply. 2. Lookback.io (https://bit.ly/3v7qpla) session, participants try out the prototype of timeNough by testing it and executing unmoderated tasks. 3. TypeForm's final questionnaire (https://bit.ly/3OARvc5), where participants share their feedback and opinions about what has been tested and understood. 4. In May, June and July 2023, a Zoom meeting is scheduled with the most enthusiastic and engaged participants in the User Interviews and Respondent.io projects. 5. Ideally, an integration deal is discussed with the participants and their company if they are convinced by our prototype and want to use it for free at the beginning. 1. What we are looking for, at this stage of the venture and from April 2022 - 1.a. A stable and sellable version of our time-related enterprise software called timeNough, and not finished yet - 1.b. A problem-solving final product that an organization really needs, will be willing to pay for and even renew, for long-term benefits - 1.c. Businesses that were early adopters from the product conception phase, and convinced promoters before its launch and ultimate iteration 2. How we want it, as founders of this software project based in Los Angeles - 2.a. by funding "Problem" interviews and other expenses ourselves, with our own money - 2.b. by applying the Lean Startup methodology, guidelines and recommendations - 2.c. by analyzing interviews outcome, their content, insights, pain points and issues - 2.d. by conducting "Solution" interviews during a second round of funded Zoom Visio calls in order to show our prototype and get feedbacks 3. Since the end of the "Problem" Interviews of January and March 2022 - 3.a. We have released 1 prototype made of 8 bots, relying on a new cloud-based proprietary technology, built in 26 days using "Problem" interviews transcripts - 3.b. Available in a functional online demo (https://bit.ly/3DmYa4I), with a really simple onboarding/whitelisting process where an email address should be trusted by the system before being able to test the solution - 3.c. Concretely, we have developed: a program that is supposed to be hidden behind an internal email address of the client company, with 8 features and one entry door per feature - 3.d. Available in a testable Slack chat integration (https://bit.ly/3RT49DV) - 3.e. Available in a testable Microsoft Teams integration (https://bit.ly/3CSJavq) 4. Purpose of development Once finalized, our solution is supposed to facilitate employee involvement in time-sensitive situations or time-critical activities within the corporate environment - 4.a. by reducing the interfaces and needed actions - 4.b. by increasing the comfort and automation possibilities - 4.c. by removing surveillance and micro-management feelings - 4.d. by creating more accurate data and machine learning predictions, and because artificial intelligence is on the schedule https://www.timenough.com/blog/e... 5. A total of 5 time-sensitive situations Situations that exists in any office context, that have been anticipated and addressed by our prototype through 8 features. We define a time-critical situation as one where time course or time information can have more or less dramatic effects on the activity of a business. https://www.timenough.com/blog/e... - 5.a. The latecoming/tardiness situation In the event that employees know they are going to be late for work or a meeting, they should alert their colleagues or the secretariat in advance, give an approximate time when they will arrive, and express their apology. https://bit.ly/3MQiiQA - 5.b. The badging situation When employees are required to use their physical badges with a badge machine each time they enter or exit the office, in conjunction with a software that logs and reports their time in the office. https://bit.ly/3wRKU50 - 5.c. The "Need-a-break" situation When employees just need a mandatory pause, to go to the toilets, smoke, get some fresh air, take a walk, take a call, go to the supermarket, lunch, at their desk or whatever pause reason, and then come back to work. https://bit.ly/3NAMTkZ - 5.d. The time-off situation When employees have to deal with and comply with the company's leave policy. To handle these situations, an HR management tool is most often in place. Our prototype wants to be plugged into that to facilitate the current flow. https://bit.ly/3GjUkdQ - 5.e. The "Dealing-with-emails" situation Reading and writing email are two activities employees spend unappreciated time doing each day. Being aware of it can be important for a company because of the impact that these little activities have on more significant ones. https://www.timenough.com/demo/m... 6. Idealistic plans in Product Hunt - 6.a. Schedule and conduct a Solution interview with incentive and rewards to participants - 6.b. Gain your feedback and suggestions, then process it - 6.c. Involve you or key-persons in the adjustment and correction of our prototype - 6.d. Discuss an integration deal (or a deal-related incentive) in accordance with your company's internal processes https://www.timenough.com/blog/b... - 6.e. Concretize an integration deal for testing the prototype for free and for 3 to 12 months - 6.f. Organize on-site or remote training sessions and self-service documentation - 6.g. Collaborate with the IT and set up the solution for on-site or remote use and testing - 6.h. Have a final commercial deal for considering you as a client rather than a prospect once the legal structure behind timeNough will be ready to operate in your country.
