Product Hunt Post Search — Find the Post ID for any product & embed on a Facebook Page

Thanks @bentossell :D I was working on some new code for integrating services into Facebook business pages and had just started checking out Product Hunt around that time. I noticed there was no way yet to embed products on a Facebook page so thought, hey that would be cool. Hopefully the other makers out there find it useful. I’m open to any suggestions for improvements.

@robmazur @bentossell @rrhoover -What if there was a way to integrate it ( PH) to personal pages like on the left hand side or under the "More" tab up top... Just a way to show off and gain traction for the products that one hunts that may not be tied to a business or other page. If that makes sense.. lol

@pmlonglamoureux Facebook limits apps/tabs to business pages :| But yeah I could see that being a great option.
