Hey Product Hunt! 👋 We've been working on a resource to help freelancers & agencies get more clients, especially in these turbulent times. 😷 Whilst browsing the web we couldn't find a thorough resource with ideas and actionable tips, only blog posts. You may have heard a few of these before but I think putting them into a handy resource helps you brainstorm new avenues for business. Let me know what you guys think! 💬 Have you tried any of these? Any more you think I should add? Looking to continually update this. Thanks for stopping by 🙏

@_baretto Awesome list Elston. I've signed up as I want more please! The UI is so simple, but effective - I just wanted to keep reading.

@tidze Thanks for the kind words Liam! Really glad you like the structure. Will be updating the list in a few days to watch out for it in your inbox :)

Love this list. Some are just so basic and simple, but many times it when we try getting fancy that we overcomplicate growth & make it more difficult. My sons going to be a senior in High School and he was just sharing last night at dinner that he landed his 3rd paying client for video editing. When I asked him what he was doing, he said Twitter Advanced Search and starting conversations from there. I see you have that listed first in Online Communities. Basic, but just works. Thanks for putting this together!

@mikekawula Thanks for the kind words Michael! Wow congrats to your Son, that's awesome for his age! Yep that was my exact goal. We often forget about the basic things and a reminder of all the possible things we can do in our power is so helpful sometime. Some of them like Twitter Advanced Search is so simple but undiscovered.

@_baretto thanks Elston. He heard Gary V mention it once and hasn't stopped since. Funny thing is I told him this before but who wants to listen to dad...lol You'll appreciate this (he ended up buying a lot from our office supply store back in the day when I owned it...keyword we were listening for was: office space) https://twitter.com/garyvee/stat... Congrats again~

@mikekawula oh wow! Haha great story. Classic teenager 😂, you've been using the twitter trick for 7+ years then!

Awesome list! I will be using some of the tips for myself too. What have been some of those tips you find yourself to be the most helpful?
Phil Baretto
@felipe_otalora Thanks Felipe! I think the Twitter Advanced search tip is definitely one of the best and under used. Try it out. Also targeting more local clients.

@_baretto I'm not knocking it ! “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" said Da Vinci, probably. :)
