Instead of sending emails back-and-forth, just share a TidyCal link & let the other person choose a time that works for them.
Create multiple booking types, connect up to 10 calendars, & integrate with Zoom, Google Meet, Zapier, Google Calendar & Office 365.

Hey Product Hunt! I’m so excited to help launch TidyCal 2.0 - so many updates to share: Support for 25+ languages Custom buffer times Integrations with Zapier, Zoom, & Google Meet Connect up to 10 Google or Office 365 Calendars ...lots more It’s far & away the simplest & easiest tool I've used to schedule meetings, & the most affordable one too. Instead of paying an expensive monthly subscription, the lifetime deal is currently just $19 on AppSumo, & gives you access to all pro features, plus future updates, for life. Current TidyCal users & new faces: excited to hear what you like about it! So grateful for all of your support & happy to answer any questions below! Luke

@lukecannon727 TidyCal life time deal (LTD) is a huge win for any business! I too have enough subscriptions, so this deal is a no-brainer.

Calendly was a game-changer. Although I discovered very quickly after starting my own business that I didn't have any change for the game. Thankfully TidyCal has filled that void. When I think of all the hours I've wasted coordinating "convenient" meeting times for others, it hits me just how inconvenient and inefficient being so respectful of other people's time can be. With TidyCal, I just provide a link to clients or vendors so they can book a time that not only works for them, but also doesn't interfere with any of my personal and professional commitments. I bought TidyCal when it was first released because the price is almost too good to be true. At first, I was a little worried that the service would not be updated due to its ridiculously low price. The UX is rather Spartan so I kind of figured that some very basic features is all I could hope for. Which, don't misunderstand, are still of value... I just didn't want to have Calendy envy. So it's been a big relief to get frequent updates and communications from TidyCal's dev team about new features they've launched or added to their roadmap to make my life easier. Because they have... and for that I am grateful. 🤜🤛

@inspectah_teck We've appreciated your support & feedback along the way Jeff! Will continue to improve the product for you!

@inspectah_teck Thanks Jeff for the long review, just followed you. You made me seriously considering switching over to TidyCal. I've been using Calendly and tbh, I haven't had any issues with it. If TidlyCal can deliver the same result without me spending as much, obviously that would be a slam dunk.
Jeff Johnston
@avidnote Feel free to message me and I can make a short video of what the dashboard looks like if you want a preview. It's pretty effortless to get a refund if you don't use or like it, though. I recently had a couple of services I bought through their store that overlapped enough with other tools I use that I didn't think I would ever find a place for them in my workflow. They refunded me no questions asked. I feel like I should state that those weren't tools developed by their crew nor were they bad or anything, they just weren't going to be used so I figured why not try and get my money back. It worked out for App Sumo though cuz I just bought more stuff from them anyway. 😉
Jeffrey Rufino
@inspectah_teck Maybe I'll stick with Calendly because it works. I've been getting a bunch of errors with this software.
Jeff Johnston
@jeffrey_rufino Options are good! I would use Calendly too if my employer were paying for it, but since I'm using it for my entrepreneurial endeavors, I have to be more mindful of how I spend money. TidyCal connects to all my calendars. The bookings always come through. I have a few different appointment lengths, Zoom link and meeting details are included in the confirmation email, and I styled the page to match one of my websites. I haven't embedded it on my site yet, although I plan to. In the meantime, I've been sharing the links to book a meeting with me by email, text, and various chat clients. I can't comment on tech support with AppSumo because I've never had to contact them, but I'll cross my fingers and hope it's good should that day ever come. I am sorry that the service is giving you trouble, though! I don't want you to think I'm, like, a paid reviewer, employee, or affiliate of the company (although if you want to hire me, AppSumo, hollaatchaboy). I stand by my review and my motive was to help others who may be scraping by in the early stages of being in business for yourself. It's scary and unpredictable so a one-time or fixed cost for SaaS tools is very attractive to me.
bryan s arnold
Definitely one of the better Appsumo Originals and a steal of a deal. They've continued to update the app and listen to its users for improvement. Very easy to navigate too. Kudos!
Luke Cannon
@bryansarnold Cheers thanks for the support Bryan!
Robin Singhvi
Just started TidyCal's paid version. I wanted an alternative as x.ai 2.0 is shutting down :-( The interface here is pretty similar. Looking forward to using it extensively going forward. Definitely can use some enhancements like: - Showing the user my calendar in the viewer/guest's timezone automatically - Holidays & OOO settings - Chrome/GMail extension to directly copy/paste times into my email - Enabling meetings to be scheduled into specific calendars - Allowing meetings to be scheduled over X number of rolling days rather than into infinity Basically, port over all of x.ai's features. I'm sure they wouldn't mind since they've already been acquired! :) Good luck folks!
Luke Cannon
@robinsinghvi Glad to have you Robin & thanks for this feedback - definitely going to take these back to the team. FYI we already only allow scheduling in a rolling 8 week period - is that something you'd like to be able to customize yourself? Also, we already show people your calendar in their own timezones. Have you heard of it not working like that in some cases?
Wilhelm Rahn
Congrats to @lukecannon727 and the AppSumo team. They keep releasing great software every time. TidyCal was superb before and it just got better ⚡
Luke Cannon
@wilhelmr Really appreciate the support Wilhelm!
Bud Broesky
This product saved my marriage. Probably. My wife says I'm visibly less-stressed & more focused these days, and the only difference I've made is purchasing TidyCal... My time feels like it's actually MY time now, so I can easily shut work off when I'm at home with the family, rather than staying late to make an international meeting work.
Luke Cannon
@budb Haha this is a review for the ages, thanks Bud!
Adam Madden
Highly recommend TidyCal2.0 & the AppSumo crew! The most easiest to use Calendar/Booking tool that makes scheduling a breeze.. If you can "click" - you can create & share a link, now they'll simply "click" & then schedule.. It really should be this simple. Thanks! The details are sent straight to your booking calendar, that you have intergrated. I have zero "cons", none, notta.. to list at this time! PS: @noahkagan I'm here to win! Your email scripts are unreal also, I can't wait receive lifetime access! Ah😉mazing! - Adam Madden Side Hustle Discovery |Founder

Please add a Payment option for Event, where multiple members can book an event for same time slot and i can collect payment from all. That's the only think missing. Rest all is perfect.
Luke Cannon
@kumarm Great feedback - so you'd like to support group events, where multiple people book at the same time?
Dylan Redekop
LOVE TidyCal. I couldn't refuse such an amazing lifetime deal and have shared it in my newsletter as one of my favourite tools: https://growthcurrency.substack....

@dylan_redekop Appreciate your support Dylan!!
Jordan Wilson
I really want to love this product. If you remove the forced branding, I'll be a fan for life. Although some people like to be affiliates, I'd rather not be forced into paying for a product AND being forced to promote it. Just my 2 cents. But best of luck! =)
Luke Cannon
@jordan_wilson3 Great feedback! Btw the branding on the lifetime plan is currently mostly limited to the URL (hard to avoid), & the email that event confirmations get sent from (nothing on the booking page itself!). Anywhere else you have in mind?
Jordan Wilson
@lukecannon727 -- Those first two are understandable. I'm more talking the Nascar-esque forced branding on the booking page. https://drive.google.com/file/d/... 1. TidyCal logo and link in the left footer. 2. Appsumo/SendFox/Kingsumo links in the center footer. 3. AppSumo Originals logo/branding in bottom right.
Luke Cannon
@jordan_wilson3 Thanks for sharing! Looks like you're on the free plan? All of that branding (which is very minimal IMO) is removed on the lifetime plan - with the exception of the TidyCal logo & link, which goes off to the right.
Rahul Khanna
Still waiting on custom increments, useless for me until that's in place even though it's great in every other way :)
Luke Cannon
@rahux Noted, we're working on it!
Jeffrey Rufino
I've been getting a bunch of errors on since purchasing this. Be careful. https://share.vidyard.com/watch/...? https://prnt.sc/1rdyga4
Luke Cannon
@jeffrey_rufino Thanks for sharing Jeffrey, this is helpful. We did have some AWS downtime over the weekend which many users reported, but it all seems to be fixed now. Is the calendar still not loading on your website?
Michael Kinder
This is my favorite alternative to Calendly on the market. When I got the LTD, I was super surprised at just how awesome it was. Thanks, ?makers!
Luke Cannon
@michael_kinder3 Glad to hear it!

Tidycal is the best, most affordable calendar booking solution in the world and costs less than many other software providers, well it costs less than 20$ LIFETIME. Tidycal has been designed to be accessible to any user and is affordable for any business or individual. With its highly intuitive visual interface, it is a suitable business management tool for the widest range of business types from small sole-traders to multinational enterprises.
Luke Cannon
@wahidrouhli Yessss thanks for the support Wahid!
Abderisak
@wahidrouhli Salam Wahid! It's insane that they can offer the price at a lifetime price. Makes it difficult to stay away :D
Wahid Rouhli ツ
@avidnote, Salam Abderisak ;) You are absolutely right! This software tool is a must-have for anyone who is trying to save money and have more time to spend on important tasks than booking meetings. Have you already tried it, or are you using a competitor?
Ankit Prakash
I've been using Calendly for over a year now and there is no longer any need for back and forth emails or phone calls to schedule meetings. Usually my calendar is booked solid for months ahead. I can't even think about adding another appointment without canceling something else. That means no more wasting time with back and forth emails to set up phone calls or meetings. I can now charge even for my time or do it for free. Tidycal fits my budget and now I'm ready to conquer the world :)
Luke Cannon
@ankit_prakash1 Awesome to hear, so glad you're enjoying Ankit!
林思誠
Does what it is supposed to do. However..... All I need is a simple booking app that embeds on my website. Easy peasy. However, can you please take off the links in the branding? I hate that it's allowing them to sign up on my website. It's lightweight disrespectful. There is a ton of branding and it's so ridiculous I actually laughed at it.
Luke Cannon
@new_user_195e3627e8 Glad you're enjoying & thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately branding is what enables us to keep the lifetime deal at such a low price. Do you have the lifetime deal? It does remove most of the branding!
AppCrazee
This is a great product. Appsumo went out and said we're going to keep this simple and just make a tool that WORKS. I've had it since the early days of its launch and they've made several improvements already but even without those improvements it was a first-class app. It works perfectly with my calendar, it's clean and simple and affordable since it's AppSumo
Luke Cannon
@nonprofit_neil Exactly what we love to hear, appreciate you!
lasse seppala
Liking it a lot. It has a clean and minimal interface and it is easy to set up and use. Stripe connection is useful for me (has also PayPal), if you have paid content. GoogleCalender, Zoom, GoogleMeets are also available connections among some others. Zapier plus API take care of additional connectivity. Working fine and support plus updates keeping it on track.
Luke Cannon
@lassese Appreciate your support Iasse! So glad you're enjoying
Joshua Minsk
Love this. We built a scheduling tool a while back, and definitely could have done with some of @noahkagan 's advice - what an awesome product!
Luke Cannon
@noahkagan @joshminsk Appreciate the support Joshua :)

I had to finally set up an online calendar to sort international meetings cos potential clients and people I'd love to network with were suggesting we meet... but with a deadline. I had to research the options within the day or I was gonna miss some great opportunities. I actually set up free accounts with a bunch of alternatives and there was one that was way more $$$$$$$$$$$ that had some great features BUT was more designed for teams, kept bugging out when I integrated with Zoom, and quite techy to set up. The rest of them weren't as simple to use as TidyCal or as clean. I haven't even explored all the features yet (am inspired to, reading other comments) but it was awesome to have an obvious choice all within the same day. I'm stoked to not have to check international time zones and email back and forth for every meeting. Lifetime deal was the icing on the cake.
Luke Cannon
@bernadette_judd Wow so glad you're here!
