The way it works is simple: You can start a chat in real-time (as you), and then fire the bot when there is a repetitive question that your bot can take over.

Looks interesting...what will happen if the customer says "I want my money back". Will your chatbot connect it with a refund and give him the right answer?
@iwona_gontarska There are 2 options:
1. (AI chatbot) You can set up NLP chatbot that will detect the phrase "I want my money back" and will proceed with the right text flow;
2. (Bots In Conversations) You as an operator will see this customer's message and you will trigger the right chatbot.
So yes, the chatbot will give the right answer but you as our users decide which kind of bot starts.

@lukasz_zbinkowski For now we would automatically transfer the message to the operator, without even asking about it (if you would talk ONLY with chatbot). However, if you would talk to agent, there would be nothing to transfer. We'll implement additional fallback logic in the upcoming future.
