Congratulations on the product launch! Could you please confirm if I understand correctly that you are closing the first line of support entirely with the help of AI in the product? Or is it only certain tasks? If it's only a part, which ones?

@kostyadoronin hi Kostya. Support OS is a compilation of resources for support leaders. We've launched it as a guide. Our main product Threado AI is an assistant to support teams. It summarizes tickets and auto-generates responses based on the content it is trained on. Definitely covers L1 support and to some extent L2 support as well.
